Most hot food is served in aluminum trays with warming stands and warming units which are included in the per guest price. Salads are served in high quality plastic bowls. Not in the mood to do all the work, Corky’s professional catering services can take care of all the on site details from setup and service to take down and garbage removal. All buffet prices are based on 30 or more guests (unless otherwise stated) plus tax and delivery. When ordering, please place orders in increments of 10.
