For both home and office Anniversary Catering there are many menus and levels of service available. Corky’s Chicago Catering features moderately priced buffet menus such as: homemade lasagna, garlic roasted or fried chicken and Italian beef. There’s also roast turkey with stuffing and baked ham for Thanksgiving, a Mardi Gras menu, a Mexican theme menu and a Hawaiian Luau to name a few.

Our sister company, CORK Catering & Special Events , provides fine dining amongst elegant settings. As an example they serve a Mediterranean pomegranate salad, Cornish hen with bourbon gravy or a seared scallops & tri color gnocchi entrée. They also provide all the accoutrements that an elegant dinner requires.
