You can be one of the 10 lucky winners of a

To Enter:
1. Place an order for $300 or more from any of our menus.
2. Must be 18 or older to enter.
3. To be eligible your order must be placed by the close
of business on July 22, 2008.
4. Winners names will be drawn on August 5, 2008 by an
independent agent and all winners will be notified by
phone or overnight mail.
5. Winners must pick up their prizes by August 10, 2008
at Corky’s Catering, 1421 Fullerton Ave, Addison,
Illinois 60101.
6. A total of 10 TV’s will be awarded.
7. No purchase is necessary.
8. To enter without a purchase you must fill out an on-line
form with your name, address, age, phone number, and
email address.
